Everything was up to my liking! The staff was great the area even better property was cleaned to the T.. shouting out Gucci the owner and Jay. Guys really looked out for me my trip was cut short but better then my first time. Got alot of sun and fun. I will be booking again December

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is guest friendly the room is very spacious. The food is good and the outside bar which is in front of hotel as soon as you step out the lobby. Is always filled with women. To be honest you really don’t have to leave the property to get what you want unless you want to walk to the beach or the strip where there’s many varieties of women to chose from. The customer service is great and I enjoyed my stay

Plaza Europa was a great place for me to stay at. The owner, host was very kind and helpful. He also took it out of his way to show me around the town, which I appreciated truly. I intend on returning to the same apartment again .😁

This is an apartment with most of the useful items included, including a jaccuzzi, kitchen and accessiries. But I had to buy a couple of things tha were missing and usually found in an hotel room. The attendant is very accessible, as well as the owner of the unit, based in Colombia, The air Conditioner was not very effective, and it was quite hot at times, but OK. The only complaint I have is that it is just impossible to get a good night of sleep. The area is VERY, VERY noisy at night, with motorcycle noise almost 24/24, people yelling in the street regularly throughout the night, cars with 150 db music going around at 3-4 in the morning, music from the neighbors as if they were alone on earth. In brief, if you want to be able to sleep at least 4 hours/night, try to find another place. Or don't forget ear plugs (heavy duty!).

The hotel is renting private rooms for individual people and not letting you that the room is not part of the hotel. So your room is not being cleaned by the hotel and if you went down to ask for towels and toilet paper, they will tell you that your room is not part of the hotel’s amenities. That sucks!!! I moved out to another hotel. I spent only one night there and was not refunded over 300.00.
