This apartment can host 2 adults plus 2 children avg. age up to 11 years old, or 3 adults, plus a child up to 5.

No Outside Visitors:
To ensure security and compliance with local regulations, only registered booking guests are permitted inside the property. No external visitors are allowed at any time.

ID Requirement:
All guests must submit a copy of their valid Passport or Egyptian National ID before arrival.

Strict Enforcement:
Any violation of the 'No-Visitor' policy will be considered a breach of house rules, leading to immediate eviction and reporting to Airbnb."

1) Upon check-in, you will be required to hand a photocopy of your passport to the resort security.
2) Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden
3) Please pay attention that the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 4-story building with other apartments.
Therefore, high noise is not acceptable, especially during quiet hours.
4) Please at all times use the through-over covers provided for the sofabed in order to protect the fabric from damage, you will find it stored with the sofabed sidearm, or in the storage compartment under the sofabed.
5) Children are the responsibility of their adult companions.
- Please, when going outside the apartment, make sure that the apartment's external door is closed and secured.
6) Please, in the event of any glass breakage or any kind of item getting damaged, notify my representative immediately.
7) Please, in the event of liquid spelled over any of the sheets of fabric, notify my representative who will handle cleaning the items (an extra charge may be applied )
8) When using the fully automatic washing machine, use the proper detergent.
9) Despite this being a newly refurbished apartment, In the event of noticing any water drops or leakage in the kitchen or bathroom, close the main water valve located in the bathroom, and notify my representative immediately to address the issue.
10) Subletting to others is not allowed
11) Please do not share the WIFI password and details with anyone outside your party members
12) Car parking is allowed for free at the resort
13) In the case of residency for holders of Egyptian nationality or any of the Arab countries, there must be proof of the legal relationship between the persons, for example, husband and wife with proof of identity card or marriage contract, and no residency is allowed that contradicts Egyptian laws.
