- Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet
SECURITY DEPOSIT : 0-200€ depending on the conditions / paying by credit card with a secured payment link / refund a few days after departure if the rules have been respected and no damage happened.
- No additional guests without our authorisation (even for professional reasons) / entrances and exits monitored by cameras in the common areas / we reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time in the event of excess numbers, or unexpected invitation to contract ;
- Possibility of providing a total cleaning as in a hotel : on request and with an extra charge
- Respect the calm of the building
NOTES IN THE APARTMENT PLEASE
- Bikes forbidden inside the housing (please contact us to see if a space can be rented or lent according to availabilities).
- We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a correct state - following numerous abuses we could ask for a supplement to compensate the staff in the event of lack of respect for his work (for example, a toilet brush is available next to the WC)
- Clean and tidy the kitchen (sink / plans / electric hob / oven / coffee maker / refrigerator and dishwasher empty and clean)
- Housing forbidden to animals
