Cher Expedia, Je tiens à vous faire part de mon expérience déplaisante lors de mon séjour dans un Airbnb. J'ai réservé cet hébergement avec l'espoir de passer un agréable séjour, mais malheureusement, l'accueil qui m'a été réservé par l'employée du propriétaire a été très désagréable. Dès mon arrivée, l'employée était clairement mécontente de devoir effectuer le check-in et se déplacer. Elle a prétexté qu'elle devait assister à une soirée et a attribué cela à ma réservation de dernière minute, ce qui était faux. Elle m'a fixé une heure limite de 22h, alors qu'il était clairement indiqué sur ma réservation que je pouvais arriver jusqu'à 23h. Elle m'a même menacé de partir si je n'étais pas à l'appartement à 21h30-22h et m'a suggéré d'annuler ma réservation. Cette pression était particulièrement stressante, surtout après un long voyage. Finalement, lorsque je suis arrivé à l'appartement à l'heure convenue, elle n'était pas présente. J'ai dû attendre dans le froid et sous la pluie pendant au moins 10 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elle arrive enfin. Elle s'est ensuite empressée de me faire le check-in en me passant le propriétaire, qui lui aussi n'était pas du tout aimable, malgré le fait qu'il se trouvait à Londres. J'ai posé quelques questions pratiques, comme le code de la porte d'entrée et le nom sur l'interphone de la seconde porte. Initialement, le propriétaire m'a assuré que cela ne posait aucun problème.
