Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll.

When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely unacceptable. Your logistical issues should not be transferred to the guests. As a result, we were forced to spend our first night without bed linen or towels, sleeping in unfamiliar duvets, despite having paid for this service in advance. This level of service is far below what can reasonably be expected. The following day, bed linen was delivered for only one bed and still no towels. We immediately contacted you again to point this out. Since then, we have received no response at all, which we consider unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Le logement pourrait être parfait mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Ce qui recouvre le canapé est plein d’auréole, de tâches. La table était colante et mon éponge noire après un premier nettoyage. Le manche de la poêle est cassé, les ustensiles cuisine sont plus que minimum. La tringle à rideau est cassée et le chauffage dans la pièce est au minimum. Il fait donc froid dans l’appartement. Il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes ouverte car dans ces pièces c’est une étuve. Pour finir heureusement que j’avais ma couette et mon oreiller car ce qui est proposer est d’un blanc plus que douteux qui nécessite un renouvellement ; tout chose a une obsolescence ! Je ne recommande pas cet appartement.

Je suis arrivé dans l’appartement dimanche à 20h30, devant l’état de saleté, j’ai appelé la conciergerie qui ne m’a pas trouvé de solution. J’ai donc quitté l’appartement à 20h59 et je n’ai pas séjourné sur le temps prévu par la réservation, je suis en attente d’un remboursement d’un dément pour l’hébergement que j’ai dû prendre à Bourg-Saint-Maurice.

it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots... I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed! Place was disgustingly dirty, cigaretts in a pot... no comment honestly.. please do not book this place.
