Clean apartment, close to the centre with secure parking. A bit noisy in the morning but overall a decent, no nonsense, place to stay. Communication from the aparthotel by email was fast and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Arrivée en dehors des heures, les explications données étaient claires afin de me permettre de récupérer les clefs de mon studio. Le logement était propre (un bémol sur la douche et la lunette des toilettes). Bien situé, et avec un parking. Personnel: agréable et à l’écoute.

Résidence bien placée (proche de la gare/si voiture, parking souterrain privé ok prix correct). Excellent équipement, très confortable / préciser "duplex" lors de la réservation pour loger au 5ème étage : terrasse privée super agréable ! L'équipe à l'accueil est super réactive : Merci ! Un service de petit déjeuner est accessible en semaine.

Accueil agréable, réception à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Hôtel confortable, accès facile avec à proximité les transports en commun, une boulangerie et un supermarché. Un bémol concernant la salle de bain, le bac de douche est étroit.

Très bien situé pour visiter Nantes. Par contre éviter les chambres en face de l'ascenseur coté rue et angle de la boulangerie, fenêtres ouvertes le bruit est constant entre soufflerie de la boulangerie et voitures cris. La nuit paisible est remise en cause.

The property is great, easy access at all times of day or night. The room amenities are fantastic including fridge, sink, microwave and dishes. Just around the corner a few steps away is the best stocked supermarket ever with anything you could possibly need in food or toiletries. The helpdesk staff are really helpful and friendly. Tv in room and very comfortable beds.

nous avions reservès cet hotel pour nous rendre a l'Helfest. rien a dire trés calme juste une petite suggestion il manque un distributeur de boissons dans le hall du moins acccessible quand on arrive tard, se serait bien agréable de boire frais ou chaud sinon a recommandé; personnel sympathique.
