As noted by previous guests the building is dated but not an issue. On arrival reception staff was very helpful and polite. (Note the reception openig times). Location is ideal and only 5 mi utes walk to the town centre. Stayed in room 33 which has a balcony and a decent view of the town and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. No issues with noise external or interior. Room size was good with a double bed. Toilet / shower was a cubicle type and worked well.

The staff are help, friendly and efficient…cannot fault their commitment to providing a good stay. Sadly, at the height of the ski season, with temperatures of -12/-14 outside, they gave me a room without heating 🙈. The central heating appeared inoperative, in its place a tiny ineffective electric heater was provided. A terrible shame for what was otherwise a very satisfactory hotel for our needs.

Rooms are quite small ,beds are comfy Bathroom is very small but the shower is fantastic You can change towels every if you like but this self service at reception Lotion is good for bus and 500 meters walk from le pleny lift

Perfect accommodation for a few days away skiing with family. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry room available to dry clothing. Short walk to town and lifts.

Room was in good condition. Quiet hours were at 11pm but my room was over the restaurant bar area and they had kereoke until past midnight on the weekend. Also, there is bag storage in the hotel, but there is no receptionist between 12:30pm-5pm - so if you plan to go skiing (which is the main reason to be in Morzine) and you schedule your shuttle to pick you up before 5pm, then you have no way of getting your luggage. Luckily my ski-rental store was willing to hold my luggage or I would have lost a full day of skiing.

This is a basic hotel. The reception is not staffed until 5pm. On checking in after 5pm, we then had to lug our bags up 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor as there is no lift.

This is not a hotel, it's a very basic hostel at best. There were no facilities other than the beds. No coffe making facilities or even a TV!
