We have no regrets about staying in one of the best spacious apartments we have ever stayed in with our family and children. We enjoy the proximity of the nearby super market, and because there are cooking facilities, we can prepare some of our favorite dishes in the kitchen.

The apartments near kurfurstendamm are conveniently located in the city center, offering excellent service. The online checkin process was seamless, parking was convenient, and the apartments equipment was flawless, including coffee, soap, and towels. Overall, it is a great apartment with a great location.

Semuanya sudah dipertimbangkan dengan matang, lokasi hotel sangat strategis, kebersihan juga terjaga, dan serah terima kamar yang sangat sempurna. Clean and comfortable. The service was quick and reliable. The only negative thing was that our windows faced the roof of the neighboring building, and on hot days the heated asphalt on the roof can make the room hotter if you open the windows.

Overall, it was a positive experience. There was only a oneminute walk to parking, and it was conveniently located near dm, rewe, bakery, and other major brands. Additionally, the zoologischer garten main station was conveniently located around 700 m away.

We stayed for 2,5 months after moving from australia with family, 2 near teenage children. As everything in such a situation has its good and bad things, there are good and bad things about places. The service and attention to requests were very good and we were able to complete all red tap german bureaucracy with the help of the amc team. Internet was free and you could work from home when needed. Cleaning service ensured cleanliness at acceptable levels on a weekly basis. The washing machine and dish washer worked without any problems and were easy to use. Overall, it felt very safe and the noise level was acceptable. Disadvantages some apartments didnt seem to only cater for short, medium or longterm accommodation but lots of people traffic in and out at different times during the day and night. And the prices for the first rental period of this year were definitely too high despite the public holiday of new years eve. But overall a very pleasant stay and the attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff was great. So if you dont need or expect Ritz highend standards, a very convenient location.

I like this apartment, we have been staying there for the second time. There are several bedrooms with comfortable beds. Apartments are fully furnished with washing and dishwashing machines. Apps has a great location not far from kudamm, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 3minute walk. This time there was a slightly strange situation when the housekeeper couldnt find the washed cutlery in the dishwasher and the management company sent a complaint, which was withdrawn a day later.
