My wife and I had a great time at Berlin Habitat apartment. The apartment was in excellent condition and centrally located in a charming residential area. The subway was less than 5 minutes away. We stayed in an apartment on ith floor overlooking the park. The view was stunning, the bed was comfy, and the wifi was fast.

Three years later, I returned to Berlin for another stay at the perfectlocated apartment isabella. I love this position, and the apartment is the ideal size for 13 people. The building itself could use some workhallways and the entrance is a little grim, but the apartment is wellmaintained and furnished. The building is also close to the Hackescher Market San, a nice grocery store that has recently moved into a newsletter location, several bakeries and restaurants. The museum island is a fiveminute walk in one direction, if that, berlinersdom and unter den linden in one. Youre also close to the river and Nikolaiviertel. Excellent location. The manager Stefan has been great to work with both of my stays here, this time allowing us to extend our stay by one night when a train strike unexpectedly changed our travel plans. Some people overlook apartments for short stays, but we found this one to be perfect for our style of travel.

We will never stay anywhere else, save Stefan! Excellent administration! Stefan is the best and most proficient. We have stayed in 3 different apartments, and they all looked brand-new, spotless, and well-kept. Stefan is easy to reach and responds quickly via internet. Great restaurant steps from the door and zero crime. The internet connection was strong and perfect. I read a terrible review about this place, and I totally disagree. There was no crime, the park was decent, and everything was perfect.

This is not the most expensive accommodation, but because I came during the New Year's celebration. I wouldn't have reserved it because it was a little expensive for me. It is to be noted that berlin habitat has several apartments in different locations of the Mite district. The apartment I rented is close to the center, but it is not central. It would be a different experience for you unless you rented the same flat. I give it excellent marks in terms of clarity and completeness of description. I give it average scores for value for money. As an easy-to-find destination, I give it a rating above average. There are alternative costs, but it is a good decision if it is in your price range. In general, the accommodations in Berlin are good and inexpensive compared to London or Paris, but you must book it in advance.

I highly recommend this place. For two months, my wife and I stayed at berlin habitat. We stayed in one of their apartments near the volkspark and weinbergsweg. The apartment was neat and well-furnished. It was conveniently located near transit, shopping, and great restaurants. The cafe downstairs called Bei Maria was excellent. Management was flexible and responsive.
