I spent a month here, and the rooms are exactly as advertised. The management team is really helpful, while the rest of the staff are generally quite friendly. You can do all your shopping at riem arcaden just stumbling down the street, spend your afternoons at the nearby Riemer park, or hop on the u 2 which takes you directly to the city center. Its also fantastic that you can wash your clothes in the basement without having to waste time looking for relocating, but you must first install the we wash app before proceeding. One thing to keep in mind is that getting accustomed to passing cars passing if you choose to leave your windows open all night is advisable. Particularly suited for light sleepers.

It was a very pleasant experience at incredibly reasonable prices. We really appreciated the cleanliness, bathroom, and kitchen. There is also savoring tasty balcony.

Ive been living in my room apartments for over a year. I am happy to be here and havent encountered any problems at the service desk. They are always willing to assist in any way they can. Worth staying here, and good value for money.
