It's not that bad. Although the building is old, they have recently been converted into a luxurious style. The pictures on the website are very accurate, and the service is good. The front desk staff, manager was so kind and helpful, and the drivers were always ready to help us whenever we needed them.

I had a wonderful summer this summer in Quinlan Rood, jumping between bazaars, tuums, and cancans. Seven is my favorite place to revitalize in a chic, stylish, and calm environment that is connected to the commerce and logistics of an international city. Even for a night or two, I always leave feeling relaxed and inspired. Mel and Box are wonderful hosts, and the place has a homey vibe. The views of the stars and sunsets over the laguna and toward the playa are breathtaking.

This experience is a lesson in putting your research first! We found this location through Exit and booked quickly the first mistake we were looking for a transition spot in downtown Cancan, someplace to get a good nights sleep after long flights before we transitioned to our resort at our all inclusive beach. The price seems good and the location seems good and central. I did read reviews after booking that noted how loud the nightclub just across the street is. do not discredit this information! We got no sleep that night because the party didn't end until 5 am. We had booked a second night, but decided to move to the next hotel early rather than stay. The hotel staff seemed shocked at all about our complaints about the noise, though of course there is no commentary about it on their website. It took some persistence, but we were able to get a refund for the second night. Further, we heard from other hotel guests that there was issues with electrical in the unit we didn't attempt to use any of the appliances ourselves there were also issues with plumbing. The unit itself was relatively clean and tidy. The kitchen contains the very bare minimum essentials if you intend to cook there. Go to one of the nearby neighborhood restaurants. Summary read reviews first before booking and think twice before booking this place.

I would recommend this place. I stayed here for 2 nights and ended up staying 3 more. This place is modern and clean. I like the luxury and the location. To have youtube so I could listen to music and watch shows. They provide water and they have a small kitchen with plenty of utensils.
