Olympia Apartment – Where Convenience Meets Warmth

Welcome to our property! To ensure a comfortable stay, please familiarize yourself with our house rules. For any additional information, feel free to contact Hestia Travel or the owner directly. These rules are to be combined with our terms and conditions on our website.
1. Our property is registered for a maximum of 5 persons. Guests may have visitors during the day, but prior approval from the owner is required for unreported guests to stay overnight.
2. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 08:00. Ensure appropriate behavior from adults and supervise children playing on the property.
3. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests should be communicated in advance.
4. Hosts are available for assistance during your stay. The host is responsible for the cleanliness of the property.
5. Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, kitchen cloths, and one piece of toilet paper. Bed linen is changed after each shift of guests.
6. Take care of belongings; the host is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Disconnect electrical appliances before departure.
7. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Candle burning and fires outside designated places are also forbidden.
8. Protect the environment and property; do not move furniture or take interior equipment outside.
9. Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay overnight or use property equipment without host permission.
10. Guests must inform the host in advance if absent for 2 days or more.
11. Optional Insurance: We may ask for optional insurance that will cover damages. Please inquire with the host for more information.
12. Report equipment failures promptly to the host.
13. In case of lost keys, the guest is responsible for the cost of replacing lock cylinders for safety reasons.
14. Switch off the air conditioning unit when leaving the house.
15.Water is a precious resource, and we kindly ask you to use it sparingly. In the event of a water shortage, we will do our best to restore the supply as quickly as possible or arrange for a temporary solution. Likewise, electricity disruptions may occasionally happen, typically for short periods. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
16.Where satellite TV and/or Internet service is available, please understand that we cannot guarantee immediate resolution of any technical issues beyond our control, such as disruptions caused by faulty lines from the local telephone provider or variations in Internet speed. We are not responsible for the speed or quality of the Internet connection, as this depends on external service providers.
Bathroom Rules:
In sinks, showers, and toilets, do not leave waste, leftovers, or harmful liquids. Hygiene products belong in the provided waste bin and must be thrown out before departure. Do not throw hygiene products in the toilet to prevent blockages.
Guest Registration:
Upon reservation and arrival, guests must provide identity documents (passport or ID) for tourist registration purposes in the information system of tourist boards in the Republic of Greece.
