Very modern, implacable and beautifully decorated villa. There are 3 floors including an elevator if you don’t feel like using the stairs. There is a sauna, laundry room, one bedroom and a full bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, dining and living room with 1/2 bathroom. Private pool and main outdoor area is located on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the 3rd floor. The BEST is Alexandra, the property manager, super friendly and reliable.

This is a gorgeous property. It's a bit far from Athens (which is what we wanted) but a car is provided, free of cost, all to yourself! The house has fantastic views from every room and the amenities are unbelievable (home theatre, pool table, you name it.) Alexandra, our host, gave us a warm welcome and provided us every bit of help we needed during our stay. Many thanks to her! We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a modern, spacious and peaceful place to stay.

This house has an elevator! I had no idea :) Other than that the house is just amazing. We really had a hard time leaving it to go out for the day. Reality is that we would have been happy staying onsite the whole trip. The house will well thought out and perfect for a small family.

Liked everything. Beds are comfortable and the film room is great as is the sauna. Pool table is tired but that’s to be expected as I am sure there have been a few games played on it. Pool is great as is the lift you can take to breakfast!

What was not to LOVE about this Villa?? We chose this Villa because it was situated where we could do a quick 2.5 day tour of Greece. Our exceptional host took the time to navigate us through the area, making recommendations for restaurants and shopping, while also important details regarding traveling into the city of Athens. We took the subway in, which was very handy!! The Villa provided a small SUV for us (family of 4) and so we were very comfortable. We absolutely LOVED the location, and the VIEWS were amazing (especially from the TOP of the house)!! While we did not use the pool - it was still an attraction that we would definitely recommend and want to come back for. Beds were extremely comfortable - and we were mesmerized by the electronic blinds that made the rooms feel COMPLETELY DARK (to help with the jet lag sleep we needed), but then we could change them in an instant to add a bit of romantic light in... JUST AN OVERALL AMAZING PLACE! The hill up was a bit challenging at first, and most of the locals did not speak much English.. but we still were able to find what we needed and had an amazing time!! Thank you SOOOO VERY MUCH Alexandria!!

Great place to stay, Villa is ridiculous. One drawback is it's on the steepest hill I've ever ever driven on or been in a car to and from, car just crawls up the hill but once inside, it's amazing. You enter through garage in a car which is yours to use during your stay (I know AMAZING and automatic gear box). Out of garage is the cinema room (Cinema screen is HUGE and amazing in quality plus selection of films built in) which also includes pool table, sauna, small kitchenette, laundry room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From there you either take the lift which goes to 3 of the 4 floors or the spiral staircase. Next level is the large kitchen which is open plan and features seating area + Large TV and dinning table. Huge glass doors open out onto your private pool with amazing views of the sea. Pool is super deep so I would not advise for those who are not good swimmers. Shallow end in about 5ft. Also on this level is a BBQ and seating area for meals. Magic with the view. Next floor up is 2 double bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Master bedroom has electric blinds and then added shutters for blackout sleeps and in morning amazing views of the ocean, just fabulous. This is as high as the lift goes. Up the spiral staircase to the roof!!! UNREAL!! Large padded shaded couch plus 2 deckchairs all on fake grass and a completely unobstructed view of the ocean, absolute showstopper for me. Only drawback, the stairs are super tight & you need to be very careful!

Superb communication from the moment we made our booking until we departed. Couldn't have been more helpful. Local sights and amenities carefully pointed out, time taken to sit down with us on arrival and give directions and advice. Property was in immaculate condition from top to bottom, pool exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly want ... and more!

We had a super stay at Stefanos Villa last week. Everything was excellent, we couldn't fault it - from the villa itself to the location and the support from the team throughout our stay. It was almost too good to be true! We would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

Every room is a good size and the whole villa is very comfortable, clean and with every amenity. I stayed on business, but it would make a great venue for a group of friends or a family with teenagers. It's a hme from home so has every gadget and piece of home equipment you could need, living rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The view is also staggeringly good. Very quiet neighbourhood and seemed very safe. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and on-call any time. Absolutely no complaints at all.

The villa is stunning with an array of technology. Minor downside is that this technology takes some explaining. Our host Anna was fantastic with transfers and a tour of Athens to boot. The villa was well stocked with essentials (no need to bring much at all). The provision of the car was an added bonus. Great apartment, shame it was a bit cold during our stay - but it was in January!
