Booking Terms & Conditions
Our goal at villa pezoulia kamilari is for our guests to have a relaxing and safe vacation. For this reason, we have established a short list of rules and guidelines that all guests must comply with. By confirming a reservation at villa pezoulia kamilari, you accept the following rules and guidelines:
Villa pezoulia kamilari is a self-managed holiday home. Some basic items (hygiene, laundry tablets, garbage bags, etc.) are available in the house for your convenience, however, you are responsible for replacing them if you consume them.
The villa is a private residence and its use for illegal purposes is not allowed.
The following are not allowed in the villa facilities: Parties, ceremonies, weddings, receptions.
Any violation of the villa terms will result in your immediate removal from the villa without any compensation.
The managers reserve the right to enter the residence at any time, even during your absence, in order to resolve emergency, security or maintenance issues or if there is a complaint of disturbance. In any other case except for emergency issues such as the above, entry to the residence will be by prior arrangement.
Valuables are recommended to be placed in the safe.
No more than 4 people are allowed. We do not have spaces for more people.
Check in & Check out: Check in is available at 16:00 and check out at 11:00. Check in time can be arranged with your manager if you wish it to be later, but check out should not be later than 11:00. Late departure is possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Before your departure, the villa manager will be on site to say goodbye and collect the keys.
Use of the facilities: Guests must comply with the laws governing the Greek territory during their stay. They are not allowed to bring illegal, flammable or poisonous substances, explosives and sharp objects into the villa, nor to violate the law in any other way. The villa is strictly available for paid accommodation only and is not allowed to be used for aggressive and illegal purposes. Therefore, guests are not allowed to sublet the villa or any part of it to guests who are not included in the maximum number of guests agreed upon when renting it.
Please note that villa pezoulia kamilari is a residence available for family type holidays. Noise and disturbance that leads to complaints from neighboring properties will not be tolerated and will lead to removal without compensation. Please ensure that you fully understand this term so that there is no misunderstanding.
Quiet hours: During the summer: 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00
Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa. However, guests who wish to do so may smoke in the yard/terrace, with due care. Please be careful not to leave cigarette butts in the villa or in any outdoor area, in order to comply with fire safety regulations. In case there is evidence of smoking inside the villa such as bad smell and/or damage, guests will be charged the amount required to repair the damaged items and restore them to their original condition and/or special cleaning of materials such as curtains, pillows, etc.
Cleanliness: The villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each arrival. The agreed prices include change of towels and bed linen.
Maintenance: The owner of the villa will ensure that all electrical appliances, Wifi, water supply, water heating, electricity, air conditioning system are in good working order. In case of a problem, the manager should be informed by the guests so that its immediate resolution can be arranged. However, no refunds or price adjustments can be made in such cases.
Entry to the property: The managers and cleaning and maintenance staff reserve the right to enter the property to carry out their duties. Every effort will be made to keep these visits brief and to respect your privacy.
Children: Children under 2 years of age are allowed in the villa and a free cot is provided with prior notice. Children over 2 years of age are considered adults. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT MORE THAN 1 CHILD UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE AT A TIME!
Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times on the premises.
Disabled: Villa Pezoulia Kamilari has some steps outside. If you have a disability or difficulty climbing more than 7 steps, please consider choosing another accommodation for your holiday.
Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Safety: It is strongly recommended that all travellers/visitors take out travel insurance prior to their visit. The property and the owners/managers are not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that may occur during your stay. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any injury that may arise from the use of the premises.
Damage / Loss / Vandalism / Injuries: Upon arrival, guests will be informed of the available devices and services within the villa and are required to use them in accordance with the instructions of the owner / manager. Any damage or disappearance of objects and devices provided in the villa must be immediately reported to the owner / manager and the Responsible Guest will be asked to pay the value of the missing or damaged goods. In addition, guests are expected to use the services provided in such a way as to avoid any injuries. In the event that the residence is not in the proper condition upon departure, any additional charges incurred will be paid.
The term “proper condition” means: dishes and glasses have been placed in the dishwasher, waste has been placed in the special bins or taken to bins outside the home, beds have their bed linens and pillows in place, towels are in the bathrooms and all furniture and appliances are in their designated places.
Before each departure, make sure that you have turned off all lights, electrical appliances and air conditioning and that doors and windows are tightly closed and locked.
Residence keys: We will charge guests for the cost of replacing each set of lost or misused keys.
Consumption of food and drink: Please only use the designated areas within the villa / in the garden for consuming food or drink. To avoid damage, do not consume food or drink other than water in the bedrooms or living room. Additional charges will apply in case of stains on furniture or if pest control services are required.
Waste: Please follow the instructions in the digital profile you provided. The municipality of Phaistos follows a special waste collection system including packaging recycling. We ask for your compliance.
Do not leave waste overflowing from bins as they attract stray animals.
Insects / reptiles: Due to the warm climate, insects and small reptiles are common. Their possible presence is not related to the cleanliness of the home, which is often subject to a meticulous disinfection and disinfestation process, and cannot give rise to claims for compensation or complaints from guests. Please do not kill insects / small reptiles on walls, doors or furniture as it is against hygiene rules and is not pleasant for subsequent guests. It is important to keep the screens on doors and windows closed to prevent insects and reptiles from entering the villa.
Outside – swimming pool: Use at your own risk and in accordance with the instructions in the digital profile manual. Keep children under constant supervision. Shower before using it. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower. Use the special towels intended for this use and do not enter the villa wet or use indoor furniture. There is a cleaning schedule which will be communicated to you if it coincides with your stay. The use of the BBQ is at your own risk. Please always follow the safe use instructions on the device.
Swimming Pool Operating Regulations
It is 1.47 m deep.
Use of the pool is permitted only to residents.
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.
You use the pool at your own risk. The owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area and running around the pool is not allowed
Swimming under the influence of alcohol or immediately after eating is prohibited (a 2-4 hour wait is recommended)
Diving is prohibited.
Enter the pool using the steps.
The use of inflatable mattresses is not permitted. The use of baby life jackets and foam swimming tubes (spaghetti) is permitted.
Do not swim in the pool in case of heavy rainfall or if you hear or see lightning or thunder.
Use of the pool requires full acceptance of the operating regulations.
