Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e l appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario . Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità . L appartamento prevede anche la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani ogni tre giorni . L’ unica pecca era la presenza di cattivo odore vicino il frigorifero che abbiamo risolto con un ambipur .

Schöne , einfache Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Beste aber ist der Gastgeber, Michael ein Engel der unseren Urlaub gerettet hat. Also Ansprechpartner, Transferorganisator, Autovermieter. Einfach ein perfekter Service. Vielen Dank

Auch heuer stand Kos wieder auf unserem Reiseplan. Es war wie immer toll . Schon am Flughafen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und rasch in unser Quartier gebracht. Traumhaftes Apartment, klimatisiert. Ein großes Dankeschön an Michael und sein Team.

very friendly and generous hosts. They picked us up at the bus stop and personally brought us to our sea side room. They also allowed us to check in early as well as check out late due to our late flight. This has never happened before.

La struttura è perfetta per una famiglia con 2 bambini. Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Mastichari. Abbiamo goduto per tutta la vacanza, di una splendida vista sul mare con tanto di tramonto alla sera. Ogni singolo giorno. Michael ed Elia ci hanno accolto, già all' aeroporto e ci hanno assistito per tutta la vacanza per ogni nostra richiesta, dall' organizzazione di un' escursione, al noleggio dell' auto fino ai consigli su cosa mangiare e dove ed addirittura accompagnandoci ad una festa "tipica" nella giornata di ferragosto con tanto di balli greci. Il mare di Mastichari in prossimità del bagnasciuga per circa un metro, era ricco di alghe trascinate dal vento ma vista la comodità è stato un problema superabile senza grossi sforzi. Approfittando poi della posizione centrale rispetto all' isola, abbiamo raggiunto le altre spiagge in pochi minuti. Spero di poterci tornare. Consigliatissima.

I recently returned from my first trip to Mastichari in 20 years. I stayed in luis pool for the first time and it immediately felt like home. I was very welcome from nikes and paula, relaxed atmosphere, nice clean pool, and only a few minutes walk from the legendary Mastichari beach and village, which has hardly changed in 30 years. Nice spacious room with kitchenette and contemporary bathroom. Will definitely return and will not wait another 20 years! Hopefully I will be as lucky with the weather as I was this time for November 2018. It was spectacular!.

When we came back this year, we would happily stay there again. Two years ago, my wife and I decided to return, but for a full week, after passing the luis flats and booking directly through peter at the Matajiri holidays. There wasnt a better way to get there and there was a constant interaction prior to arriving. I reserved room 317 as a firstfloor sea view apartment with air conditioning, and I was undoubtedly happy. I had everything we required in the apartment and it was immaculate. The luis pool is accessible directly across from the apartment, and I have seen the finest lounges at any lodging recently. Also, there is a fantastic cafe and restaurant with great pricing. Peter set up our taxi to the airport after we had a late checkout. Excellent service and I must thank Maria, the lovely woman who cleaned up after us every day and made sure we always had toiletries and clean towelsbedding, always with a grin and a happy chat.

For the last 7 nights of our four-week vacation on cos and kalymnos, we stayed in the luis apartments. The village of Mastichari is around 10 minutes away on a slight hill. The apartments have undergone a complete renovation. We were given a two-bedroom apartment that was exceptionally large and immaculately clean. The amenities were excellent. A magnificent bathroom with a rain dance shower cubicle, a very well-equipped kitchen area, and complimentary toiletries. Each bedroom had a large ringside bed, a flat-screen to and full air conditioning. There was a very large terrace with a new table and four chairs. The accommodations were cleaned every day, the bins were empty every day, and the towels and bed linens were changed every other day. Maria, the housekeeper, keeps everything clean. She even delivered our luggage up to the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Vivid, he was so helpful. She is well informed about mastichari and the surrounding region. The day before our departure, she scheduled our pre-flight cam tests in the apartment. Without a doubt, Id suggest lodging at the luis apartments. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay, Peter and vivid. Hopefully, see you all next year.

I reserved a junior suite with an extra sitting area. Very clean, lovely, and peaceful place, never heard at night. Excellent customer service, the hosts are very friendly and pleasant, and will do whatever is needed for you. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to any location in Mastabir. Access to the pool is not free, but it is available to you. Simply cross the street to Pius Pool, directly opposite, and chat with Nikki, a nice guy, either for a 5 pod fee, or if you have drinks and snacks, access is free and well worth it. I used it for 7 out of the 8 days we were there.

I've stayed at Le Mans before, so I knew it was in a great location for the beach, supermarket, and bars. The pool is great when not very busy, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. The pool bar offers a good selection of food and drinks at the same price as other nearby outlets.

Das Haus gibt es schon lange, ist aber innen und außen renoviert. Der Vorgarten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Das Apartment ist griechischer Standard, die Einrichtung ebenso. Bad und Dusche sind leider sehr klein. Es wird alle 2 Tage gesäubert und Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Beste aber ist Michael, der Vermieter. Er hat uns kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder dorthin gebracht. Geringe Mängel (defekte Toilettenbrille, defekter Balkontisch, abgeschabte Balkonstühle, nicht zusammen passendes Geschirr und Besteck) wurden umgehend abgestellt. Am nächsten Tag war alles erneuert !!! Auch sonst war er, der hervorragend Deutsch spricht, stets hilfsbereit und tat alles, um uns den Urlaub schön zu machen. Und sogar einen Suzuki als Mietwagen machte er zu guten Konditionen möglich - vorbildlich und absolut zu empfehlen ! Joachim Tetzner, Berlin

L'appartamento da noi prenotato non aveva l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Il fono me lo hanno procurato subito e quando si è bruciato me lo hanno sostituito. L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino al centro, ai negozi, spiaggia e ristoranti. Il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha riportato in aereoporto senza farci pagare nulla. Tramite il proprietario si può anche affittare auto, motorino o anche delle escursioni. Parlano anche un po di Italiano.
