I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location right on the beach and it’s far enough away from the party zones so it’s quiet. The guards they have there are really good as well.

We loved the large balcony overlooking the beach and pool!! We could walk down the beach to go snorkeling or to restaurants and shops. The cabin was good, but we weren’t expecting fancy. The worst thing was the 18 steps up to the cabin!!!

This place could not have been better value for money, we loved it so much - walkable to everything, right on the beach, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, 2 for 1 drinks and food and happy hour all down the beach. The hotel was very low key which is what we love, very friendly staff at reception cleaning kitchen and restaurant and maintenance and security - low key like they didnt have change for a beer so told us just come back to pay later, allowed to have your own drinks in the pool just not glass so totally fair and the patio and sunsets are amazingggg

I stayed there alone for a week, and it was awesome. I had a whole cabin for myself with 2 beds and everything you need to cook. The free breakfast is really good, and the personnel is very nice. There is also 24/24 security. The beach is right here, and the pool is a nice place to tan and enjoy a drink when there are too many people on the beach. Really a good experience !

Très bon séjour! Rapport qualité prix très bon! Petit déjeuner très bon (pancakes, sausicces, œufs et jus), personnels sympathiques, cabane numéro 3 très bien avec une vue exceptionnel sur la piscine et la mer. Lits confortables. Manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine mais le personnel nous a apporté ce qui nous manquait dès que nous avons fait la demande. Hotel calme sur une extrémité de la plage. Gardien pour la nuit. Piscine agréable et nettoyé tous les jours par la maintenance. Robinetterie de la douche vieillotte mais eau chaude. Snorkeling incroyable en face de l’infinity bay. Promenade agréable sur la plage. En bref, très bon séjour sur West bay à un prix très raisonnable par rapport à tous les autres hôtels autour et les plus petits budgets. Petit conseil: allez manger une glace chez Copito (dans le bananarama hôtel), elles sont excellentes et faites avec que des fruits naturels.

Fosters is a wonderful group Of people there to make your stay wonderful. Recommend. Locations is at the north of things and that makes it calmer in the evening but still very accessible to all. Rooms cool. Beds cozy. Showers hot.

Enjoy our stay here, only thing I would have to complain about is that the pool was shut down and the WiFi was not really working.. other than that great location, I had a panoramic view room and the view was breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again with no doubt!!

First time in Roatan and I’m so glad I stayed at Coconut after days of researching places. Franco at the front desk was great and personable. Felt like we were in a tropical paradise at home! Always made sure our room was clean, breakfast ready and even our laundry done! Don’t think twice, stay here there are lots of things to do. Great wifi, very cold AC and amazing showers! 10/10.

Couldn't ask to be closer to the beeach. Directly in front of you! Very nice and clean pool. All types of excursions are available on the beach in front of you. Water taxis can take you to other places down the beach, to the West End. Restaurants, gift shops, and store only yards away on the beach. The place is understaffed but the current staff was excellent. Property and rooms could use some updating but didn't come here to sit in the room. Beds were comfortable and ac ice cold. Keep in mind your on an island, water and electricity can be unpredictable. Sewer systems can be prone to issues but expected.

I had my own beachfront cabin with amazing ocean/beach view. Cabin was large, spacious, and had everything I needed. Things like faucets and cutlery were older, but everything was clean and working. A/C was very good. If you want a room that is cleaned daily this probably isn’t the place for you. But the staff were always very fast to help. You are located over the restaurant, so loud music from morning to evening. But everything shut down by 8pm and quiet at that end of West Bay. Security 24/7. Excellent location.

We took a chance on this property even though the reviews we read were not great. We were very pleased with cabin where we stayed. It was spacious and clean and bright. We expected a small bar fridge and it was actually almost the size of an apartment fridge. The daily included breakfast was simple but tasty and we had 3 choices: omelette, typical breakfast or pancakes with eggs and sausage. You could have orange juice or coffee. We had a nice covered deck with a partial ocean view even though our booking stated garden view so that was a nice surprise. We were in cabin 1. The security guard was super friendly and the beach staff and front desk staff were also very friendly. This property is a short walk to a small grocery story and many restaurants. The only negative was that the water in the shower ranged from cool to almost luke warm. We spent 4 nights and other than the temperature of the tap and shower water we were very pleased with the value for the money.
