Saya memesan Guest House ini karena lokasinya dan fasilitas yang ada di dekatnya, semuanya bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki (kurang dari 5 menit). Tempat tidurnya bersih, nyaman dan ada shower air panasnya juga. AC-nya cukup dingin, meskipun kadang-kadang agak bising (kadang-kadang), tetapi masih cukup (masih bisa ditoleransi).

This place is four stars in my book, but i will give it five stars because there are many negative reviews that i think kind of miss the mark. If you pay for a motel, you cant expect hotel service. You will have a hard time finding anything in this area for this price that is better. The staff is very helpful. Yes, check in is a bit strange, but thats because this appears to be a partially converted residential building. The rooms and bathrooms are cramped and hot shower water isnt infinite. The walls between rooms are thin. Welcome to budget hong kong accommodation. The sheets and towels are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No bugs. Mattresses are cheap but functional. This place offers great value and nothing during my stay was disgusting or gross, but maybe traveling in southeast sm desensitized me.

Pengelolanya sangat ramah, tersedia dispenser, air hangat, pengering rambut, dan AC. Lokasinya berada di pusat kota Tsim Sha Tsui. Jika bangunannya memang bagian bawah toko, jadi naik lift ke lantai 13 F dan sampai di HK Peace Guest House! Jangan sampai salah lantai karena ada beberapa lantai yang terlihat agak suram. Untuk kamar single room cukup untuk 1 orang, bersih, ruangannya wangi, nyaman, dan tenang, pokoknya sangat worth it untuk penginapan dengan budget yang hemat!

Hotel ini terletak di Mirador Mansion. Jumlah orang di sini tidak sebanyak Chungking Mansions. Ada empat lift yang naik ke lantai yang berbeda. Antriannya kecil dan Anda bisa naik turun dengan mudah. Saya pikir ini nilai tambah. Kali ini saya menginap di kamar single dengan toilet (A 502). Kebersihan secara keseluruhan lumayan. Ada beberapa kecoa kecil. Meskipun ruangannya tidak besar dan ada jendela yang tidak bisa dibuka, menurut saya fasilitasnya cukup. Jika Anda datang sendiri, tidak masalah. Ada AC dan kipas angin. TV mungkin rusak, tapi saya tidak mau menontonnya. Meskipun toiletnya juga kecil, air panasnya sangat panas dan tekanan airnya juga sangat kuat. Sangat nyaman untuk mandi. Ada juga wastafel besar untuk mencuci pakaian, yang merupakan nilai tambah! Toko ini juga menawarkan adaptor internasional yang cocok untuk colokan di banyak negara, sehingga pengisian daya sangat praktis. Ada banyak pengait di dinding dan ada tiga gantungan yang sangat bagus. Ada juga dispenser air di luar, tapi sayangnya tidak ada kulkas untuk menyimpan air dingin. Tiga staf yang saya temui, salah satunya adalah bos, semuanya ramah dan antusias, memberikan kesan hangat. Jika saya kembali ke Hong Kong, saya pasti akan kembali ke sini karena rasio harga dan kinerjanya sangat baik.

Not a bad place, very typical for this area and price range. I wish it was a bit cleaner, the staff were all very friendly and nice. The best thing is that they have a very cold and hot drinking water fountain.
