Our vacation at the hotel was fantastic this weekend. We had room 15 for Easter. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and with a beautiful view, as they appear in the pictures. New or renovated. They look excellent. Both the employees and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We only had one dinner there. For the services they provide, I believe the costs are a little high. I did not enjoy the first dish on the Steiermenu's menu. Everything was covered in tomato sauce. The meal was excellent and fresh, but it wasn't outstanding. However, I enjoyed each dessert. Because everything is new and exceptional. But the ideas, particularly those for the main dishes, are occasionally unique. Although they are attempting to build something like a onestar Michelin restaurant, I still suggest it if you want to have a pleasant evening. Prepare yourself because the cost is high. The notion of a waitress serving a breakfast in the morning strikes me as appealing to me. However, I prefer croissants and sweet foods instead of cheese and ham in the morning. Because I don't have much choice about what to eat in the morning, despite the fact that I don't enjoy using them. The breakfast buffet wasn't big because the waitresses hand you three plates of different foods, instead, the buffet didn't really have any. The hotel is bright and spotless. The owner greeted everyone at dinnertime, and the personnel was quite pleasant. The hotel's owner was welcoming. They inquired about our excursions and how we were enjoying the area. The space is filled with numerous hiking trails and cultural landmarks. Our room was rather quiet. There were no sounds coming from the corridor or from doors that were opening or closing. The cuisine was excellent, hearty, and nutritious. The counter-current system was used in the pool because it was being used. The infrared cabins were likewise quite lovely. Although we did not use the steam room, it was available. The mercury grab city hotel is close to the Grab railway station and the city center. Great restaurants nearby are syrian and international. The train station can be reached easily by public bus. We stayed in this pension for 4 days as a bicycle group. Breakfast was fine and standard. Dinner was great we had a choice from 23 meals, the portions were big very friendly staff, super swimming pool and sauna included in the price. Most of other guests were elderly very friendly as this pension has a special offer for them. Definitely recommend for middleambitious guests.4.8/521 Mar 2023

Recently, we remained for two nights. Due to a specific offer, we were given a luxury room that was a lot more spacious and a complimentary minibar. The hotel's location is its best feature. Schlossbahn, Muriel, and Kunsthaus are all within walking distance. There are numerous lovely restaurants nearby. The farmers market and several stores, including Spar, Safe, and Villa, are directly adjacent to the hotel. The personnel is welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the hotel generally gives off a roomy vibe, reminiscent of the lobby and stairs being considerably wider.4.6/520 Mar 2023

I was in grundlsee with a friend for a long weekend. We arrived by train from bad australia and had arranged with the hotel staff to pick us up at the train station and take us to the hotel. When we got to the station, we were picked up by the chauffeurwearing receptionist. She was extremely kind and accommodating. Checking was extremely quick. The room faced the beach, exactly as we had requested. The room was quite large, resembled a suite, and the size was unexpectedly amazing. The breakfast was a mixture of a buffet consisting of fruit, bread, cereal, and table service eggs, drinks, muesli, cut fruits, freshlypressed fruit or vegetable juice, cheese, and coldcut coffee. The dinner menu had a variety of traditional syrische cuisine, their hotel specials, and fish dishes, either a la carte or a three or fourcourse meal. We tried the lamb back and deer back for our main courses, and both were excellent. For dessert, I ordered kalamansi sorbet the first time I tried it. It was very sour, like real kalamansi and tonk bean ice cream sweet and creamy, the perfect counterpoint to the salty sorbet. The next evening, we had a creamy dessert with a tart pear. A wonderful room with a wall of floor-length windows that faces the Grundlsee. In the distance, we can observe ridges of snow. It's a soothing location to spend a few days. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic last night.4.0/520 Jan 2023

The location is excellent. Close to Clusbergs old town, restaurants, stores, and cafes. The room was clean with everything we required, and it was surprisingly quiet considering we were on the fifth level. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with numerous vegetarians and meatosaurs options. The fact that there was onsite parking was a positive aspect, but an additional 15 euros had to be paid. The only disadvantage was that we were unable to regulate the temperature in our room to keep it cooler. According to the extremely accommodating staff member, they operate by season because the buildings central heatingcooling, and march is still in the winter, I suppose, so there is no option for cooler air.4.4/519 Des 2022

The hotel has a dining room, an inner terrace, and an outside terrace right by the lake. The service is attentive. The menu is adequate but not large. We tried char and pasta. The cuisine was exquisite but not impressive. The wine list was nice. Soft drinks were more limited. I wanted a coke but only red bull coke. Our coke drinker was disappointed. We stayed at the Grab Mercury for three nights and had a great time. My actor gold-awarded honorary room was roomy and cozy, with a lovely view of the city and Schlossberg. Even though there was a bar below our window, there was excellent soundproofing. We could not hear anything and, as I am usually very sensitive to noise, I am normally extremely sensitive to noise. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was outstanding. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking was charged $15 per night, which was reasonably priced. All Grab attractions are within walking distance of the hotel, a fantastic food market, and several grocery stores.
