A nice hotel in a quiet location but only minutes from the nightlife. Very comfortable bed probably the best I have experienced in a Thai hotel. A good pool with sun limited to about 4 hours a day. Polite and friendly staff in all departments.

I will recommend anyone with own transport to consider this hotel apartment. The hotel has a shop and hours. I stayed here for 5 nights on 1012 2017. The personnel is helpful. The lobby is pleasant with a cafe, the room is large if you get a corner unit, aircorn is fantastic, and the bathroom is adequate. Everything is clean and new, think of it as an apartmentstyle, but there are a few things that could be improved, the shower is instant, but the water pressure is low, I hope the water pump can be fixed, wifi is week if you stay in the corner room and most of my 5 nights, 2 or 3 nights can connect, but the rest of the day can't connect. There is a small kitchen sink, but there is no kettle, even we can't borrow one, and the only place you can get hot water is in the staff canteen. The internal door seals should also be fitted as I can tell the room is dusty. One thing I can't bear is that if you don't leave the clean up room sign outside the door when you leave in the morning, housekeeping won't enter your room. Overall, a decent stay and good value for the money.

Hotel yang bagus dan value for money. Lokasi tergolong bagus, cukup berjalan 5 menit sudah sampai Tree Town Pattaya, Seven Eleven, dan McDonald’s. Hotel tampaknya masih cukup baru dengan fasilitas-fasilitas yang bagus dan well maintained. Kondisi kamar sesuai dengan foto yang ada di aplikasi. Sarapan yang tersedia cukup menarik dengan rasa yang masih dapat diterima oleh lidah orang Indonesia. Pada toilet juga disediakan bidet sehingga tidak perlu was-was. Perlu diketahui juga bahwa terdapat deposit THB 1.000 per kamar

My trip was made memorable by the mari residences patty's wonderful service, wonderful swimming pool, and amazing buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, and the food at room service was excellent.

I will be back, I had a fantastic stay, the cleanliness of the room and the room were excellent. The staff was friendly and served a good breakfast. And the location was nice, with a free shuttle bus to the shopping center. It's walk to the beach. The staff here were very nice.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis dan tidak bising. Saya tidak tahu apakah hotel-apartemen ini bisa menyediakan mesin cuci. Ada beberapa penyewaan sepeda motor dengan harga yang masuk akal, Seven Eleven berjarak sekitar 100 meter dari lokasi. Front desk tidak kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan saya termasuk menanyakan paket wisata yang tersedia. Bagi yang bepergian berdua saja dan ingin irit biaya, menyewa sepeda motor untuk mengunjungi objek wisata tidak ikut paket tour menjadi pilihan yang baik. Jangan lupa membawa ponsel dengan apps GPS untuk melacak objek wisata. Tidak memerlukan sim internationalthailand.

I just got 6 lovely notes at the ok in patty south. It's a lovely location, fairly new, extremely clean large rooms. The ladies there are very lovely and always willing to help, always smiling. A fantastic place to stay if you don't want to stay in patty central. across the street is the big i, which has a huge supermarket on the top floor and shops below, stalls outside, massage just a few shops down the road and an internet cafe around the corner. Depending on traffic, it takes 510 minutes to take a taxi into central patty..

The quality is the key factor in everything, everything starts with the location. A short walk from the main beach with bars, restaurants, and malls. 711 and restaurants outside the hotel. The room is clean, modern and spacious, with a microwave and washing machine. You can bring the food back and warm up on the stove if you need it, and also use the cutlery and utensils. The air conditioning works perfectly and the shower is perfect for the water temperature.

I will love to visit this place again in the future. We booked through Papplication, and we arrived there probably before midnight, and the customer service line was eager to accommodate us. She was pleasant about the hotel accommodation and briefly mentioned its importance. Yes, there is a safety locker at the counter in case you wish to keep valuables safe. We can still see the downtown patty's nightlife through our room, which faces another hotel building. Although the room is a little antiquated, the amenities are well-kept. We Asians love the bed, which is also pretty spacious. We especially like that there is a fridge inside the room because we enjoy shopping our own beer and drink there. The room is a little outdated, but we didn't bother to watch because we favored walking around the city. Breakfast is included in the price! Because they provide more than just a straightforward brunch here, which includes Western and Asian foods! Family Mart, the family Mart, is also close to the hotel. Street food, a restaurant, and a gogo bar are all easy to find, but the only drawback of this motel is you have to climb stairs! Although our room is on its level, we don't mind that because we both are more than fit to climb those stairs, but this isn't appropriate for those who are not fit or sedentary. It is best

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from walking street and very close to Bali Hai Pier. Standard rooms were very big but had no windows. AC was too loud and we couldn't sleep with ac on. The inn was still under renovation when we stayed. The hotel receptionist took our keys every time we went out. She was a nice lady with limited English skills.

I have an idea. The price is good for patty. Only its strategic location is good. But that's not what I got. Room size is really small and not clean. The air conditioner here is very old and not very strong. The room needs a renovation.
