When we first got to the property, we weren’t too sure It’s very old, but it was clean. It appears to be in the old area of Iceland, where there’s a few hostiles. But at the end, we stayed in apartment, 102 which had a kitchenette, which was great because the price of food in Iceland is crazy expensive. It’s a self serve stay. Which we didn’t mind. It was walkable everywhere we needed to go. Love Iceland.

Love the location, swan house very clean. Would be nice to have a closet or drawer to put cloths in. Window in room 109 could not be locked. Also need better instructions on operating the hub. All in all lovely place and have only good things to say.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, etwas Gewürze/Essig/Öl in der Küche wären hilfreich. Super Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Initial fehlte das Babybett, wurde nach Mailkontakt aber prompt geliefert. Ein Wischer/Staubsauger wäre bei längeren Aufenthalt hilfreich

We stayed 2 nights at Swan House. It was super convenient - it was right in the middle of town, and we could walk to most things, and just a couple minutes walk to the bus stop for things farther away. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They had a luggage storage room, which was very convenient since we arrived too early to check in. We dropped off the luggage and took a taxi to Sky Lagoon and had a wonderful few hours before time to check in. We had an issue with access - the code we were given to access the outside door and luggage room did not work. I messaged them, and they sent a text back within minutes with a different code so we could access the luggage room before check in. Absolutely lovely place!

Great property. Short walk to downtown Reykjavík. The property is extremely communicative about everything. Very spacious apartment. The only drawback is that there is no storage if you are planning a longer stay. Other than that, this place is great.

The property was in a great location and the instructions for entering the property were very clear. The coffee was nice and the kitchenette had what we needed. There is plenty of parking and save yourself the hassle and download the Parka App. Parking is FREE after 1800 until 0900 even on the street this property is on (P2). We could have saved ourselves 20mins trying to figure that out and it would have been a much smoother check in process. The bed was comfortable and the shower is great.
