Check in is from 12pm Check out is until 11am.
No loud music post 10pm
Swimming pool timing will be from 8am to 10pm.
No drinking allowed near swimming pool area.
Children below age of 15 should be accompanied by the parents/guardians while in swimming pool.
No smoking inside the bungalow. Balconies or open verandah can be used for the same.
Barbecue should be done only in the designated area. Caretaker will let you know about it.
Illegal activities like smoking weed or any narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. If found doing it strict action will be taken.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage. The amount will be recovered from the security deposit.
Bungalow can only be used by guests who are duly registered while check-in with a valid identity document.
No visitors are allowed post 8pm other than the members who booked the bungalow. If found extra charges will be levied for the same.
It is not allowed to take out from the bungalow the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).
In case of power failure invertor backup works for 4hrs(light & fan). Ac or TV or Pool filter will not work
