⏰ Check‑in & Check‑out: Standard check‑in and check‑out timings are to be adhered to unless otherwise confirmed.

🔇 Noise & Music: Loud music and disturbances are to be avoided, especially during late hours, to maintain the peaceful environment of the property.

🍽️ Food & Kitchen Use: Meal preferences should be shared in advance for seamless arrangements.
Access to the kitchen is subject to villa policy and staff assistance.

🔥 BBQ Arrangements: BBQ services can be arranged at the villa upon request.
All BBQ charges will be applicable on actuals, based on consumption and arrangements at the property.

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, if applicable.
Guests may carry their own alcohol, as villas generally do not retail alcohol.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in select villas only, and prior intimation is required.

🚗 Parking & Access: Parking is available as per villa layout; our team will assist on arrival.
Shuttle transfers can be arranged upon request and will be charged on actuals, payable directly at the villa.

🧼 Damage Policy: Any damages to the property or inventory during the stay may be chargeable as per assessment.

👥 Guest Safety & Conduct:

Guests are requested to maintain respectful conduct with staff and fellow guests.
