The stay was hasslefree and comfortable! There is no better place! The host put the highest importance on the residents comfort and went out of their way to provide additional services like food recommendations. The place is fully furnished with spacious rooms and modern appliances. You wont want anything! The beach and shivaji park are very close to the property.

The location is fantastic. My friend and i stayed here for two months. We had a great time. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, hospitals, and railway stations. The furniture in the room is of the highest caliber. You have full access to the house, including the kitchen. The owner is incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Highly recommended.

I am looking forward to my next visit! Amazing location, it felt more like home. I had never lived in an Airbnb before, and i was overjoyed. The kitchen facilities, tv, etc. Are all easily accessible at the location. The beach is also very close by, just 500 meters away, which adds to the appeal. Ajay sir was very kind, was available for any questions, and any issues were resolved within 24 hours. He also went out of his way to make us feel at home, suggesting tiffin services or places to visit in bangalor!.

I have been here for more than 6 months. The facility is a topnotch facility with almost 3 star to 4 star hotel type facilities and atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and cordial who really cares about guests. Housekeeping and cleanliness are also impeccable. The place is under digital surveillance so feels safe. Its a pleasure to stay here. Centrally located with great food places nearby. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. Regards rishikesh potdar.

The location is really amazing. There are no rooms in this budget with such a ambiance. The owner is very supportive and always ready to help. The best thing about this place is its prime location with all restaurants, hospitals and cafes nearby. I highly recommend this place for a stay considering all the parameters. You also have access to a kitchen.

My family and i had a wonderful time here. Ajay is incredibly accommodating and makes sure you have a good time there. My family enjoyed that there is a cooking facility available at a reasonable cost. The location is in the main market area, close to the hospital of hinduja, and there are excellent restaurants nearby. In general, i had a positive experience.

We stayed in mumbai for two nights. Its a little unusual because our room was essentially a bedroom in the owners threebedroom condo. More of an airbnb arrangement. However, the owner was extremely helpful, urging us to make ourselves at home. He assisted us in a dispute with a ripoff cabbie, which was appreciated. There is a kitchen accessible for use, as well as laundry for an additional fee. A very nice bonus was the mobile wifi dongle available for 100 rupiah per day, which is very useful while out in the city to check maps, look for restaurants, hire uber rides, etc. The room is reasonably spacious, has air conditioning, and a nice, spacious fridge. There is a hot water shower, and unlike most places, it actually works. Locationwise, there are some stores and restaurants in the area, but the main attractions require a cab ride.

Being able to travel from jalan to the hospital without any hassles transportation and traffic due to rains was eliminated. A very considerate individual who has carefully considered every aspect of a comfortable guest stay over the years. The apartment is wellkept and tidy. The owner is approachable, patient, and quiet, and responsive to timely booking changes. Its incredibly fortunate to be able to find a place like this in a time of need, which eliminates half of your worry of not being at home. Most importantly, it is well worth the money.

After a long flight that arrived at 3 am, the host, ajay, went above and beyond to ensure that i was able to get to the apartment. In case i had forgotten anything, he even made sure to obtain the phone number of my taxi driver. This was greatly appreciated because i was exhausted and braindead, and i was even welcomed when i arrived at that late hour. I appreciate it.

One of the best stays ive ever had, especially in a city where you have to pay a premium to get something decent enough, here ajay provides you with everything you need, checks every box, be it amazing rooms, housekeeping, always available if we need assistance and provides the best solution. We have stayed at the appartement in the city center of bangkok every time we visit to bangkok for a few years. We were always very happy and satisfied with the pleasant atmosphere and the hospitality of the wonderful owner, ajay. In spring 2020, we want to book again for our yearly trip with our two kids. We tried to book a room again, but now foreigners arent able to. We asked why? The apartment owner told us about the problems with one of his neighbors. It seems like he is jealous of ajs hospitality. We asked, does the neighbor hate foreigners or is he just a rassist? We cant accept such stubborn behavior from him. We and other british tourists want to spend time in the save, calm, confident, and quiet apartment in the city of mandarin again. Witten from han and family from german.

Ajay ji, the owner, is a very kind person and prompt with his services. The flats are very beautiful. If you live here, you can also use the common kitchen which is very convenient, you can make tea, coffee, etc. Anytime. Like a 4-5 star hotel room, these flat rooms are very hygienic, soaps, cotton towels, etc are provided by the owner. The flat building is close to the main market and peaceful environment. The building is close to hinduja hospital. All rooms are ac rooms. Free wifi is available 24 hours a day.

The room is very clean and sanitized every day, the bedsheets are changed, the moduler kitchen is there it is a home in Mumbai. The owner is very gentalman worth the money. The owner is kind. Everything is good. Felt like home. Enjoyed my stay with family. Appreciate the way everything was.

Apartemennya besar, bersih dan nyaman, dan lokasinya luar biasa! Dekat dengan restoran bagus, toko kelontong, apotek, dll. Sangat mudah untuk mencapai tempat-tempat menarik dan berkeliling wilayah ini, tetapi tidak diragukan lagi yang terpenting dari masa tinggal kami adalah kebaikan, keramahan, dan bantuan terus-menerus dari tuan rumah. Ajay berusaha keras untuk membantu kami dan menyelesaikan semua yang kami butuhkan, dia bahkan menghabiskan 2 jam bersama saya untuk mendapatkan chip ponsel India sehingga saya dapat memiliki koneksi internet 24 jam sehari selama saya berada di India. Peringkat 1000 untuk Ajay sebagai tuan rumah!

I will definitely stay again whenever i visit mumbai. Ajay created an amazing stay and an amazing property. He kept it very neat and tidy. The location is also very good, very close to the siddhivinayaka temple. A definitive recommendation for any family stay. The rooms are excellent and reasonably priced. They are conveniently located near the Siddhivinayak temple. Anyone planning to visit there should consider staying here. The rooms are clean, however, it is recommended to make reservations in advance because there arent many available.
