BedChambers Serviced Apartments South Extension

1) One or two children under the age of 5 can stay in the same room at no additional charge.

2) One or two children aged between 6 and 11 can stay in the same room for a fee of INR 500 each.

3) One or two children over the age of 12 can be accommodated with an extra bed for a charge of INR 1000 each.

4) Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 10:00.

5) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 35%.

6) Charges for extra guests are INR 1000 plus taxes.

7) Pets are not permitted.

8) Electricity usage is charged at a rate of 12 rupees per unit.

9) Group and bulk bookings are not permitted.

10) Parties, music, and any gatherings are not allowed.

11) Both married and unmarried couples are welcome.

12) Visitor IDs are mandatory, and visitors are permitted until 20:00.

13) Foreign guests must present a valid visa and passport at check-in. Indian guests must provide government-issued IDs upon arrival.

14) Minors (under 18) are not allowed without an adult.
