Pests – Goa is known and loved for its lush greenery and surroundings. As a result, insects, geckos, ants, and other small creatures are a natural and important part of it. You might come across them around the garden, pool, and at the premise. While we do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, it’s not possible to completely eliminate them. If you have a strong fear of insects or bugs, please let us know in advance, so we can take extra care to make your stay more comfortable.
Internet Connectivity – Please note that internet connection is provided by a third party. We take utmost care to ensure that it’s working in good conditions throughout. But at times due to various reasons such as the weather changes or government department works, there may be internet connectivity breakdowns. In such cases, we cannot guarantee internet access 24/7 during your stay as it is out of our control. For things that are under our control in terms of internet connection, we will make sure that they are taken care of.
Stay responsibly – Please switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use, and use water thoughtfully. Your cooperation is appreciated!
