7. A INR 10,000 cash security deposit is collected from guests on arrival and returned during check out, subject to any damages.

2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).
4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.
We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:
1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).
5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm
6. Private chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing/service staff.
Lastly, because this is an agoda community not a hotel, and is also my holiday home, please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own home.
