Homeland Stay- Gold Category 3BHK Suit Nr Kankaria

1. Room check-in is from 1.00 p.m. Check-out is until 10.00 a.m.
2. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Indian residents are required to produce a valid photo with address proof ID card
3. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered at the time of booking. No extra guests are allowed other than registered.
4. We do not allow visitors entry to the premises. Unmarried couples are not allowed. If booked with false information, will be considered as cancelled- no show and update to concerned authorities
5. Since the property is located in a residential area, From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests/neighbours. The property owner/caretaker keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests/neighbours or in other way disrespects House Rules.
6. No entry allowed to even registered guests, on-premises after 23:00 hours, if required to check-in/enter later than 23:00 hrs, prior update to the caretaker is required. So that the caretaker accordingly updates the security person of society.
7. We assume that the Guests are familiar with and fully understand the Homestay Rules at the beginning of their stay on our homestay property.
8. Rooms which have air conditioning. Please note that air conditioning does not work if windows or doors are opened or if windows/doors are not properly closed. Misused air-conditioning by keeping rooms doors/windows open attracts penalties of Rs.500/- and the property owner/caretaker keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest. Due to misuse of electric/electronics items if found damaged, will be recovered from the guest.
9. During your stay & while check-out be sure to keep a clean house & dispose of your litter/waste properly in a given disposable bag/drum.
10. To save the environment usage of electricity, water judiciously. If there are no requirements for Fan, air-condition, lights etc kindly put-off switch. Be sure to keep close all water taps, when not required for your usage. If found misused of electricity & water the property owner/caretaker keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest.
11. It is not allowed to bring & keep explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals on the homestay property. If noticed caretaker will report to the local police and consecution for the same guests will be responsible.
12. As Gujarat State by law is a dry area – Alcohol is Prohibited.
13. For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the property.
14. It is not allowed to take out from the property - the room inventory/amenities e.g pillows, blankets, towels, utensils, electronics/electrical gadgets. If notice violation of same will be informed to booking agent & nearby local police station.
15. The host will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/ or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever.
16. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in homestay.
16. If you have any suggestions on homestay service or if you have any technical problems in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when the caretaker has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation.
