Each booking's lead guest name must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Each person with a valid photo identification document is necessary identification at the time of check-in by all Indian Nationals. An Original Passport and one valid color photo are necessary as identification at the time of Check-In by all Foreign Nationals.
Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate or Marriage Photo or Invitation Card upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked. No refund would be applicable in case the check-in is denied under such circumstances.
The property loves animals but pets are not allowed in the property and all premises.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the property and subject to additional charges by the hotel directly.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
