Our experience at Koku Houseboat was fantastic. Hill was an amazing host and the entire staff was very helpful. The food was cooked fresh, freshly to order, and it was fantastic! The room was very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I'll never stay in this houseboat again. The glucose houseboat is a member of the Kukoku Houseboat group. This reservation was made online because all of the houseboats available were already sold out. The houseboat was quite expensive and cost me about Rs. 3.5 to use on a map plan. Speaking of the good part, the location is excellent, directly across ghat no. 13, the rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the restroom is clean and usable. The less good part is that the houseboat owners live in Dehi and the staff manage the houseboat, which makes all the difference. There is nothing comparable to kashmir hospitality in this houseboat. We had punjabi chicken for dinner, which inspired us to request some regional delicacies like gushtaba etc. Standard toast, undercooked omelets, and poca also didn't taste good at breakfast. We wanted to try noon chai, but the staff turned down, stating that it takes a lot of time to make it. Even the kawa that was served was unauthentic and was comparable to the standard dip that we get in the city. The houseboat does not serve water during dinner and breakfast, charging us 80 for each bottle of water we consumed at the dining table. I believe that this should have been clarified at the very beginning because even the most basic houseboat

The Koku group of houseboats is a great choice for making the stay memorable. Dal lake is an unique experience in and of itself. The Koku Houseboats are a great option for making your stay unforgettable pros 1. The service and hospitality are excellent. From the first moment of booking, they properly resolved every question. My koku himself was there to welcome us, and he supervises everything, his staff is simply fantastic. 2. The decor and styling used are rich and ornamental, giving the experience of being in genuine Kazmir during our visit. 3. Five stars for the food, it is without a doubt the best we've had in Kazmir Cons 1. If you are on a tight budget, it is expensive and there are many less expensive alternatives. 2. Even though staff went above and above to assist my father, who has knee joint issues, the entire experience of entering and exiting the chikara, which is the only means you can access the boat, was not very comfortable. 3. Even though the sunset ride in chikara is surreal, they take an additional risk by not providing life jackets.

The view from the window here was so beautiful, especially the window on the boat. The bathroom decor in the cottage had so much Italian marble and a jacuzzi. The room was so tiny with a great arrangement of the colour scheme and the lighting that was so beautiful. The cook in the restaurant served so much love and attention to detail. They provide the dishes with fresh vegetables, homemade sweets, desserts, and local dishes. They provide a scrumptious buffet besides that, so they served us nice and special items. The atmosphere here was so wonderful. The place was beautiful too. I was staying on a houseboat in kashmir. The room size was huge and beautiful with a view of the beautiful Dal Lake in srinagar. They are launching a deluxe houseboat called KKUS, it's about to open it's next door a bit high.

My wife and son had a wonderful stay at Koku group houseboat. Everything from the room, bathroom, and hall was great and the hospitality was fantastic. My Hill and my Iranian caretakers are the sweetest people we have met. We only served gas breakfast and although the menu items were less but very tasty. The view from the houseboat is captivating. Must go when in Kazim
