When touring the area, I stayed here for three nights as part of a birding excursion. Despite the fact that we had arrived a little early, we were allowed to choose which tents we liked. The tents were all identical, including two singles that could be shifted to a doubled, making the tent more roomy and with a simple yet spotless bathroom. Despite a few very windy days and nights, where I could hear the wind blowing against the tent walls, I did not feel any wind inside and felt quite warm and comfortable. Normally, power comes from a nearby solar station, and during our stay, it was between 730 and 11 a.m., the town receives power from a nearby solar station, and power is typically available for a few hours after the sun sets. The charging stations are all within the central restaurant, so make sure you are carrying multiple adaptors or strip extension cords. Because the town has no other means of communication than one satellite phone in the nearby village, you should be completely isolated. However, there is a dish in the restaurant where guests can follow the news for dinner. Both brunch and dinner are fairly straightforward and well prepared. They even went out of their way and served us a meal of thump tibetan clear soup with noodles and vegetables mother's that were really delicious and delicious

During our visit, it was between 730 and 11 a.m., and the town gets its electricity from a nearby solar station. The campground has 9 or 10 tents, and we were able to pick which one we enjoyed because we were arriving early. All were similar, with two singleness that could be converted into a double and made the tent more roomy and more clean. The tents were well-kept, and despite some windy days and nights when I could hear the wind blowing around the tent walls, I did not feel the wind inside and was very warm and cozy. It worked well enough for us to charge all of our camera batteries. The charging stations are all in the central restaurant, so make sure you have multiple adaptors or strip extension cords. Kar has absolutely no telecommunications connection aside from one satellite phone in the nearby hamlet, so expect to be completely isolated. However, there is a dish to connect at the restaurant and you can catch up on news at dinner. Lunch and supper are simple but well made. We didn't have breakfast at the eatery any days because we would leave quite early around 530 am, but they did make us breakfast with soup of thump tibetan clear soup with noodles and veggies which tastes really good. They were warm even after a few hours, and our breakfast on the road was
