HOUSE CARD
(Some Easy T&C to Abide By)
- The reflected prices are for 02 guests and 01 bedroom.
Prices shall revise for additional guests and/or bedroom(s). Only legal adults can book and stay.
-•The premises shall be used for only residential purposes. - The guests can essentially book for Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. Both are separately chargeable.
-Ideally suited for singles guests, families, couples, groups.
-Not suitable for people with medical conditions.
-Unregistered Guest(s) shall not enter into any part of the building or premises at any time whatsoever.
Do Not invite tour guides, strangers, others inside the apartment and/or premises. Unregistered guest shall entail penalty of 3000 pp.
-For Events /Parties / Get Togethers / Related Events rates will differ and it shall be subject to imprimatur of Host.
-Additional amenities will entail additional charges.
-Photography and Videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the premises and apartment.
-No Third party bookings.
-GREEN EARTH. Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and help us conserve water.
The Air Conditioning system is available in the Bedroom(s) Only(summner months).
Keep USAGE of the Air Conditioning System limited to 08 hours for each booked day. Dont activate Turbo.
Please switch it off during Thundershowers, Lightning.
-The elevator remains operational from 9 am till 9 pm.
-Guests shall carry only personal belongings/effects with themselves to the premises. No other object(s)/articles/substances is to be carried.
-- Guests are to provide Govt IDs.
- The guest(s) shall be solely and personally responsible for his/her belongings. The Host in no way can be held liable/responsible for any loss of same whatsoever.
-•The guest(s) shall indemnify the Host and the guest(s) shall be solely liable for any and/or all costs/loses/expenses to the Host that might arise because of guest's actions. Such amount is to be paid by the guests as fixed by the host without any dispute.
-Guests may require to keep a Security Deposit with the host. (T&C.)
-• In case of any delay in check out, the host reserves the right to remove any/all articles belonging to the guest(s) and lock the premises. Every risk of loss/damage vests with guest(s). For every hour of delay after check out time, a fine of Rs700/- per hour is to be paid by guest.
Loss of keys shall entail a charge of Rs.2500/-(Twenty five hundred only INR).
Access Clause
•The dining/terrace/unbooked areas are common areas housing personal belongings of host/owner.
-All disputes subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
-The guest shall unconditionally abide by the above and all other(s) rules.
-- If unknown people/guests person(s) are observed, they are to leave the premises immediately and for shall be liable for a penalty of minimum three thousand rupees (INR )per person.
-Non adherence of House Rules will entail payment of penalty as fixed by host and also it will be deemed that the guests have chosen discontinuation of reservation without any refund.
For official purposes the premises shall be known as "Galaxy House
