• Guests and Visitors must comply with all terms, conditions, by-laws, and instructions from the host and during their stay.
• The property is to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state. Furniture, fixtures, and fittings must not be altered or moved between rooms. When absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Any damages must be reported to the host.
• Consider this house as your own home and please treat it with care and respect. Please turn off lights and other electrical appliances when they are not in use. Please close all windows and doors when you are absent from the house to maintain security and prevent rain damage.
• Trash must be disposed off in the designated bins and please avoid littering the premises.
• The Property is not facilitated for massive parties and any such activities are strictly prohibited. In particular, we prohibit the activity of drinking games and getting overly drunk and rowdy.
• Please take care of your belongings in the house and your host has no responsibility for theft or damage of your items in the house.
• The use of drugs and illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises.
