WE had a great time at this place. We diden´t Expect to much, except that we will be close to the beach. So we did. Roms are ok, and if you want Room cleaning you have to let then know, or ells it want be done. The service was great. Well some time then forget to se if you need someting more, but ells, the service is good. Great people that work there, in restaurant and resection. Internett sucks, so make sure you are there for a good holiday, Forget about Internett. Then it will be great suprise when you Get it

We had a great time here, even though it was rainy season. The staff couldn't have been nicer and food also really nice on he bar/restaurant. Beach view, couldn't have been closer!

schöne, gepflegte & bewachte Anlage mit sauberen Zimmern und freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Auf meinen Indien-Reisen als Backpacker ist dies eine der besten Unterkünfte zum angebotenen Preis. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet leckeres Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Eine Reservierung im voraus ist empfehlenswert, da das Resort sehr gut besucht ist.

This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. We got an absolutely beach facing cottage with AC and geyser, with two balconies, (only cottage *09 has such facility) one facing the sea and the beach and the other facing the cute garden and the food station. The location is very good, and basic amenities were OK in that cottage. Food was good and the staff polite. The hotel has a privileged location for driving in, right at the main official entrance, and just beside the official car park. Plus all the shops are right next to it on one side and the boat-launching zone of the beach on the other side. For non-adventurous, cozy family trip it is the best in palolem, and mostly for Indian families. However, the most scenic and exotic part of the beach is on the other side, where Ciarans, Art Resort and the erstwhile Cube premium are located, so those who are avid swimmers and tropical beach vibes lovers like us, should try the absolutely on-the-sand huts on the other side of palolem beach.

Fantastic stay, we stayed for 6 nights and the only thing that bothered us was the lack of cleaning in the room, other then that great location with everything in easy reach!

our unit was close to the beach ( whole facility was beach front. /staff very friendly and helpful. our cottage ( as well as others) was put together with plywood AC is a must and we were very grateful to have the breakfast included was appreciated steps to shopping and many other restuarants

Overall experience was good but room condition can be improvised. There seems to be problem of rodents in some huts. Air conditioner was not fully functional in our room and beds were a little cranky. Food seems to be overpriced. Location is fantastic, very close to market area and beach. Staff is polite.

Beautiful location right on the beach. When we initially checked in we were shown to a small dark corner hut with no balcony despite our booking stating that we would have a balcony. I went back to reception to complain telling them that we had the worst room in the resort. I was told they knew that but there was nothing they could do about it. I persisted & eventually they showed me to a much superior room. The bar & restaurant staff are excellent. Breakfast is excellent & location is excellent.

Good stay at palolem beach resort, top location and quiet, some hits are near to te beach but ours was away, only a minute walk to the beach and restaurant! Food was good and cheap! Important for backpackers! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only 2 minutes walk from the bus stand at palolem! Would recommend!

Stayed here only for 4 days, but fell in love with this place. A bit expensive compared to the other options available nearby. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Overall an excellent place (If budget is not an issue).

only negative - no room service, otherwise everything is awesome. The best part being the proximity of the resort to the beach. Palolem beach (which could easily be said to be the most beautiful beach in goa) is just next to the resort.

The cleaning staff is a bit elusive. But if you wash the sand outside in the common toilet - the room by and large stays clean. They changed the linen twice in a 5 day visit which is good. The reception staff is very helpful. The garden, though small, is well landscaped. The location of being right on the beach is the key. This was our second visit to this hotel. We would repeat again if we go back to Palolem.

Welcome to Sound of Waves, your comfortable retreat in South Goa. We’ve thoughtfully designed this space to help you unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay.
i. As the neighbourhood is calm and residential, we kindly request keeping noise levels low between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am, including avoiding loud music, so everyone can enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
ii. Being close to the coast, evenings may bring in mosquitoes. For your comfort, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed around sunset and during the evening hours.
iii. In case of a power outage, backup power supports lights, fans, and Wi-Fi. Please note that heavy appliances such as the air conditioner may not function during this time. We also request avoiding the use of switches marked with a red sign until power is restored.
iv; Housekeeping
Housekeeping is available on request with prior notice. Our staff will be happy to assist with cleaning the cottage, bathrooms, and utensils as needed.
v. Towels & Linen
Fresh towels are provided every two days or earlier upon request. Bed linens are refreshed every three days, and can be changed sooner if required.
vi; Assistance
For any assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact us at the provided numbers or reach out to our managers. We kindly request that you do not approach neighbours for help, as our team will be glad to assist you directly.
