Dear management team, I stayed with my family for two nights on August 30. My stay was more than one of the best. The hotel's cheerful concierge staff welcomed us with a grin and directed us to the hotel reception. Our luggage was delivered to the room while we checked in. The room was large, had a comfortable bed, and had a variety of pillows available. The bathroom was clean and had a variety of toiletries. We loved the food they served in the restaurant, all restaurant teams are friendly and always available when you need it. There are no restaurants close to this level of food and service. It was packed full on both nights. Breakfast the next morning was tasty with a good variety of items, such as fresh made and prepared by the dosa chef, idle, wade, a selection of serial and juice. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for us. I heartily endorse it for anyone traveling abroad.

For its dynamic setting, excellent service, and delicious cuisine, I wholeheartedly endorse this particular hotel. Several suggestions I can make. The apartment telephone lacked signal because of a loose telephone cable. This could have been checked before giving it access. A very troubling noise from the upstairs room, which was clearly heard from late into the night until the following morning. In the midst of the night's silence, the glass pane windows emit brazen sounds. The restaurant staff was extremely polite but appeared to be quite inflexible, probably due to a lack of empowerment at their level. The hesitant restaurant employees repeatedly attempted to communicate with the chef, making it impossible for them to engage. In light of Madam Chunawala's patience and expert way in handling our reservation, I must commend her for doing her job. He was quite kind. Richard at the front desk was also very kind. A few plants or gardens were quite helpful in arranging the lunch without any spice, despite the tongue challenge we had. To be fair to visitors who have tongue issues, I believe that he anticipates that the staff in other areas are informed of his eating difficulties. This information did not appear to have been given on a number of meetings. The gardens or plants were quite well selected out of the guest rooms, but on every day, the empty sugar sachets in the pots were not noticed cleaned

Rooms are very spacious and well-decorated. There is a dining area with a huge number of rooms well-decorated. The ambience is very comfortable because the food is of the best quality, both vegetarians and non-staff. The room service is excellent and very well organized by a great staff. The staff serves well. My. Saiprasad, My Sonavana, and My. Richard provide the best service possible. The stage was very well-decorated by my Eric.

My birthday was celebrated on November 25th, so that was a wonderful day to celebrate it. My birthday was on September 28th, but since it was a weekday, we did not celebrate it. Starting with the sapphire party hall, the Est floor, and the food, it was a wonderful day. Guests enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. The hotel staff was lovely and helpful.
