- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the apartment .
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- The caretaker stays on the same property premises from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- The in-house cleaning timing is between 10 AM and 3 PM.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the apartment and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter and solar power can provide backup.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
POLICIES
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This is a standalone property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- In the apartment , pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets with an additional charge of Rs. 750 + taxes.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the apartment, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the apartment will not be accessible to them.
