The Ixora being a Homestay property; keep its private areas, strictly private for the Ixora family. Kindly mind the privacy of the private areas, within the property.The Guests have access to their allocated Guest Room & the accompanying verandah, the public area lounge& outdoors.The Ixora house & family would be on sleep mode from 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs. So strictly there wouldn't be any service provided during this sleep mode time frame. All service requirements need to be addressed to us between 06:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs.All Guest Names as per their ID cards, should be notified in advance by email and the respective original ID s' to be presented at the time of check-in, for verification purpose.Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in.The management reserves the rights to deny any reservation, if any of the above reservation requirements are not met.At The Ixora we strictly follow all the rules & directions of the regional tourism & law enforcement authorities.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
