- Any special request regarding food or facilities should be intimated well in advance.
- Food served will be home-cooked. Please inform the property about your food preferences (Veg/Non-Veg) prior to your arrival at the property, so that the arrangements can be accordingly made.
- If the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Nature and surroundings should be respected and cared for.
- Right to admission reserved.
- This homestay is open for families with kids, groups, and couples.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Smoking and usage of alcohol and drugs is strictly banned inside the property.
