4 BR Villa Alchemy Close to Restaurant and Beach

Please be informed that our staff will be available to assist with check-in only until 5:00 PM. If you plan to check in after 5:00 PM, you are required to contact the property in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Temporary tattoos, body oils or any substance that stain linen will be charged for new linen cost.
Where a pet is permitted a separate bond of $150 is required at check in - which is refundable if there is no damage.
Quiet time after 10pm
Should more guests arrive at villa than noted on booking sheet, there will be additional costs at the discretion of the villa. This includes children.
No smoking in Bedroom
No diving in pool, staff are not trained in life saving
If there is a breach of smoking policy at villa we will charge a fee as to one night stay.
Smoking outdoors pool area only
Valuables and cash must be secured in safety box, villa will not be liable
Currently, there is ongoing renovation in the vicinity, anticipated to be completed by October. Progress can vary depending on the project's stage. For the latest updates, feel free to reach out to us.
Bali is an ever developing country and as such Villa will not be liable for any noise in the event there is nearby construction which is outside of our control.
No glassware near pool
If guests have become aggressive or have unreasonable demand, the host has a right to ask them to leave.
