The property is about 1520 minutes' walk from the harbor, so please bear that in mind. If necessary, you may use the horse and cart. When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely front desk staff member, and we noticed his aussie husband, pete, walking by. The room consisted of a terrace and porch area, a bed with a mosquito net, and a small wardrobe. There was also a very clean private bathroom that had a roof. Much the same as the actual room with an open-air environment. It did have a fan, which kept the room cool enough, but if I were in Gil Men again, I would consider a slightly bigger air-conditioned room. We packed our belongings in the room and joined a lot of local kids in the sea as there are some odd sea urchins everywhere in the warmer climate world. Take that personal advice, I managed to stand on one, and pete, who was sympathetic, greatly helped. Honest, and the local kids who advised me to use a bit of coral to alleviate the pain rather than attempt to remove the spines. Also, my partner had a small reaction to a bug bite on walking around the island the following day, and ana and pete were wonderful, I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I spent a wonderful week on Men Island, which soon turned into a two-week stay at ants wrung bungalows. The location is conveniently located on the beach and is quite quiet and serene. I stayed in a basic but functional bungalow with a fan that did the job. The insect crisis is nothing to complain about, at least not during my visit in October. I didn't even mind using mosquito nets. Two extremely good housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day with great attention to detail, housekeeping worthy of a five-star hotel. Ana is a great cook and can prepare anything, on or off the menu. The men's island has a few restaurants, but the food is so good for ants that there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. The next day peter woke me up and told me that a fruit seller on gil air island had found the phone on the beach and then promoted it to a friend. My phone was on her way back to gil air to meet the man with it. They just did it. According to other reviews, there are many complaints about acts of kindness, such as those of guests who stepped on a sea urchin, developed a poisonous spine in their foot, and got stung by a jellyfish. I recommend this location. An incredible stay at Ana Wrung. I stayed here for eight nights and was pleasantly surprised by the kind personnel and service. They always pleased us and did everything they could to help. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling and the food was excellent. The beach location is excellent. You can snorkel out the front straight away. Every day the rooms were cleaned. It is also in a prime spot on the island and close to the harbor and other dining locations.

Very interesting place to unwind. The place is located in the north of Gil men. The staff are very friendly and make you feel like you're part of the family of the man. The room is decorated in a cool wooden design. The location is also strategic, it has a cool garden and 2 air-corn rooms with fans.
