Maaf banget. Kamarnya banyak kecoa,AC tidak dingin dan berisik , dibawah tempat tidur banyak abu rokok, tidak disediakan tissue yg layak, tidak ada sabun, pertama kali masuk dan check sprei bekas orang tidur tidak diganti sehingga bau iler. Lalu colokan dekat tempat tidur tidak ada sehingga saya harus copot lampu tempat tidur 😭😭😭 Tolong banget management perhatikan kebersihan kamar. Belakang mesin cuci seperti bau bangkai. Saya sampai beli pengharum ruangan karena bau banget. Lokasi nya elit loh ini jangan sampe karena masalah yg bs ditangani sehari bs buat pengunjung lain tidak nyaman. Untuk respon admin lumayan tanggap. Terimakasih
