nunggu nya lama sampe 90 menit ebih . sumpah terus kamar nya fasilitas bener bener mines .. hordeng pake spray . terus empat tdr gak bisa di tiduran. jeblos . udah komplain tapi cuma tanggapan nya konfirmasi doang . akhir nya saya tdr di bawah .dan cek out baru 11.00 langsung di ketok gila gak sihhh .. padahal di tiket.com udah request . cekout 12.00 paling kita 11.30 udah keluar . giliran cek.in di lama lama.n komplain di hairaukan iniii cek out gimana bener bener 11.00 udah dinketok dan ada yang mau masuk bawa orang saya nunggu di lobby dari 18:40 sampe 20.08 baru sampe tu orangPopular Facilities
