The first apartment in superblock, built almost at the same time as ewalk shopping mall and commercial and office buildings. One side faces the sea and the other faces the superblock site. Used to look georgeous but as time goes on it degrades and all non stainless steel handrails get rusty. Looking at this building closer trained eyes will understand the lack of character in the facade design.
