Lokasi dekat dengan pasar tradisional cikutra Mall Btm, Dr. Seno dan Rs SantoYusup. Area parkir luas, pintu keluar motor dipindah ke barat. Hunian lumayan, dekat dengan pasar tradisional cikutra Mall Btm, Dr. Seno dan Rs SantoYusup.

The housekeeper is kind and accommodating. She offered to provide us with a trolley for our large luggage. The interior of the room is clean, the furniture is neat, the kitchen appliances are adequate and complete, including a queen bed, a wardrobe, two dining tables, six chairs, and a shoe rack. Each room has an ac, and there is a single electric fan. There is only one rolling curtain in the master bedroom. The living room has two tables for guests to sit and watch tv. There is one place to hang clothes behind each door. There is one electric fan and one rolling curtain in the window. There is a separate swimming pool for adults and children, separated by a small basketball court. The outdoor garden on the 12th and 15th floors is accessible to guests. I cant imagine a real garden. Just a spot to enjoy the city view and the smoking area. The sound of sirene and other vehicles could be bothersome because the room was facing the main road.
