saya order siang hari karn tgl 4 itu pasti masih macet perjalanan krn h+4 lebaran. Ternyata harus konfirmasi dl via app nya. pada saat itu sekitar jam 7 malam pengurusnya jg bru kbri. selain itu harus deposit dl 200rb sblm check in. lalu unit yg ini dialihkan jadi ke pinewood 1740 jam 10 malam baru smpai . Tempatnya banyak binatang yg mati "oh saya pikir krn pandemi kali gpp bisa dibersihkan" sela2 lemari pun ada sisa2 makanan lalu di pantry jg agak bnyk binatang kecil,wifi tdk ada ac pun jd nya air cooler" saya masih berpikir " y sdhlah lg suasana lebaran dan pandemi" tp setelah lihat anak2 saya tidurny keringetan tdk pulas. jd saya agak kecewa. dialihkan unit koq jd tidak nyaman gini hrsnya compliment lebih baik. krn fasilitas apartemen ada kolam renang dan blkg jatos jd y lmyn enak. sya pikir order last minute pilih by travelio pasti setingkat management hotel ternyata aduh mengecewakan. mudah2an ke dpnny lebih baik lgPopular Facilities
