Setelah ambil kunci pada saat masuk ke kamar kondisi kamar kotor. Meja dan sofa berdebu seperti lebih dari 1 minggu tidka dibersihkan. Ada rambut2 di lantai. 2 ini ada foto tapi karena hanya bisa upload 1 foto, saya upload yg terparah. Di kamar mandi keadaan basah semua dan masih ada bekas kencing di tempat duduk closet. Saat saya hubungi katanya ada org yg baru betulkan water heater. Tapi bekas kencing ini sudah bikin ngga nyaman di ruangan otu. Saya minta tukar kamar yg lain awalnya pemilik bilang tidak ada kamar lain karena full book. Hanya saya disuruh tinggal kunci untuk dibersihkan ulang. Tetapi barang bawana saya ada banyak dan tidak bawa gembok koper. Saya minta dengan baik2 kalau bisa di cancel aja kalau ngga ada kamar yg lain. Karena owner bilang tidak bisa saya lgsg menghubungi tiket. Setelah 1 jam tidak ada kabar dan saya menunggu di ruangan yg kotor. Saya sudah tidak mood untuk liburan. Dan bawa semua koper kembali ke mobilPopular Facilities
