Tempat parkir luas, karena terpisah dengan mal, ada 4 lift, jadi tidak terlalu lama menunggu di lift, bersih, meskipun terkadang airnya berubah warna menjadi kekuningan.

Lokasi yang menjadi satu dengan mall adalah faktor utama saya memilih tempat di sana. Selain itu kamar yg bersih, comfy, cozy, dan great service jg. Shower nya kenceng dan panasnya lumayan cpt ga seperti di tempat-tempat lain.

Teman-teman saya menginap di Apartemen Benson. Saya di tower apartemen lain. Benson Tower ini paling bagus daripada tower-tower lainnya. Mulai dari lobi yang luas dan tampilannya mewah. Lift juga lebih baik. Untuk kamarnya sendiri, ambil yang tipe studio, karena bisa muat untuk 3 wanita. Dapat kamar di lantai Masuk langsung ke kamar mandi, dapur kecil. Ada 2 meja serbaguna, sofa kecil. Ada TV besar, wifi, kulkas, microwave, peralatan masak dan makan dasar. Ada juga handuk dan peralatan mandi, hairdryer, dan water heater. Ada air minum galon, botol air dingin di kulkas, dan teh dan kopi. Kebersihan sangat baik.

This apartment above pakuwon mall / pakuwon trade center in west surabaya has a swimming pool, fitness center, jogging track, residents lounge, multifunction room, and a sky garden at the top with a view of the city. The swimming pool is connected to anderson tower. Parking is only available at pakuwon mall on level P 2, and parking at the towers lot is not allowed. Very confusing.
