The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly. Swimming pool is nice. A bit far from the center of ubud and there is a dirty cup in the bathroom, but other than that its perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice basic guest house, with strong internet and very friendly and helpful hosts. Close enough to central ubud that you can walk over, but far enough away you are not right in the middle of the crowds and can more easily get a taxi.

I spent a month at balimas guest house, and it was absolutely delightful. Dewa angga and his team were incredibly welcoming, the room was excellent, as was the location. Secluded off the main road, making it quieter but still close enough to get to the center of ubud on foot. Strongly advised!.

My partner and i had a wonderful month here, and we heartily endorse it. We had an excellent, spacious bedroom with air conditioning, tv, table and chairs, as well as savannah. It also had another lovely, large bathroom with soaking tub and shower. A plus was the kitchen area outside the room, which has utmost cleanliness every day. The communal pool is pleasant, generously sized, always warm. Dewa is incredibly kind and helpful, she is always willing to assist and speaks excellent english. He was happy to answer any questions and provide us with information about urbud and bali. Before reserving my stay, dewat was very responsive with questions about the accommodation. Even so, take into account the time difference that bal is eight hours ahead of the uk. There are quite fewer employees on hand to maintain the property and the guest rooms at all times. Restaurants and cafes are close by, there are restaurants and coffee shops nearby, while if you want to shop, you can go to oahs center in less than ten minutes on foot, even closer to the monkey sanctuary, but because it is still in the heart of ulubud, so there is so much nearby. This location is new and fantastic! I found ubud to be busy with traffic, but this place is a small oasis of peace by the river. The room was clean and wellappointed, the bathroom was large, and the staff were very helpful. They were happy to provide me with cabs as needed.

A true gem of ubud. Dewa is incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating. Excellent value for what you get. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping, a beautiful, clean pool, proximity to many delicious and affordable restaurants, nightlife, etc.

We will definitely be back. This boutique guesthouse was a real find, immaculately clean. At the end of savoy road, as quiet and serene as you could hope for. Easy walking to many excellent and affordable restaurants. Run by hospitable and friendly family, the property has everything you need and want.
