Apartemen ini sangat bagus di atas Pakuwon Mall atau Pakuwon Trade Center (surabaya barat) yang memiliki kolam renang, pusat kebugaran, jogging track, lounge warga, ruang serbaguna, dan sky garden di bagian atas sehingga kita bisa melihat pemandangan kota. Kolam renangnya menjadi satu atau terhubung dengan menara Anderson. Parkir mobil hanya tersedia di Pakuwon Mall (lantai P 2), tidak bisa parkir di parkir tower. Sangat membingungkan.

Saya mencari akses untuk masuk ke Benson Tower, tetapi tidak ada lobi Benson Tower, lalu saya lanjut ke parkiran atas dan diarahkan oleh security untuk parkir di lobi ambil. Apartemen ini berada di area yang mahal namun pelayanannya murah. Pada 19 Maret 2025 pukul 23.30, Saya putar-putar mencari akses untuk masuk ke Benson Tower. Namun, tidak terlihat lobi Benson Tower.

Kamarnya dingin dan fasilitas di kamar juga lengkap. Ada microwave, kulkas, kompor, alat masak dan makan yang lengkap. Tempat parkirnya bisa di parkiran apartemen atau di mall. Tips parkir di mall, keluar dari parkiran mall sebelum 15 jam agar tidak kena denda. Apartemennya berada di atas mall, jadi jika butuh sesuatu, tinggal turun saja.

Kompleks yang luar biasa dengan kolam renang yang luar biasa dan staf yang sangat ramah. Satu-satunya permintaan saya adalah bisakah pusat kebugaran membeli lebih banyak beban tangan karena setiap set harus memiliki lebih dari satu set. Pembelian murah akan membuat perbedaan besar.
