This place is a great place to meet people in pancoran jakarta selatan, although traffic is bad after work hours. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, Starbucks, two coffee shops, and one pastry bakery shop. There is a large outdoor space and a basement parking lot. The atmosphere is good because this is an office and apartment building.

Ive lived in l'avenue for 3 years, and heres my take on it. Everything is handled through one point of contact, the reception. I had ac maintenance, repainting, wifi issues, and occasional leaks taken care of simply by calling reception, who will return with a schedule, have technicians come, and communicate clearly if there is a fee. This is very rare in adobe apartments, where you often have to go through layers of bureaucracy, forms, and punctuality. The rooms are spacious and modern. The lobby has a nice decor with marble floors, and even the lifts are modern and bright. The apartments are more spacious than most apartments in the same price range. The tiniest room is the bedroom side, and i cant sleep when my neighbor is late at night. I had to buy earplugs and start listening to rainstorm sounds on my bluetooth speaker to help me sleep. No attractions in the surrounding area. Really, nothing within 15 to 20 minutes of travel time. You feel isolated because you cant find anything from a simple stroll outside the apartment. Most activities require serious travel to the city center. Public areas are shared with an office, school, and university. So on weekdays it gets very crowded, with children running around and smokers outside. Its a minor issue for me, but sometimes you feel like youre in a business area rather than a home.
