House Rules:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A safety deposit box is provided; we are not responsible for unattended valuables. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 
• Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss within the property.
• Drone use, outside vendors, and commercial photography require prior approval. Approved vendors may incur a venue fee from IDR 500,000; unauthorized vendors may be fined from IDR 1,000,000.
• No pets or durian allowed.
• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00.
• Parties or events are not permitted (minimum penalty IDR 1,000,000).
• Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas only (minimum penalty IDR 1,000,000 per affected area).
• Cooking only in the kitchen; open flames (BBQ, candles, incense, fireworks) are prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for any damage during the stay.
• As Bali is tropical, geckos or insects may occasionally appear.
• Parking is limited to 1 small car and must be reserved in advance.
• In accordance with local regulations, all guests must complete the registration form at check-in with valid passport/ID details, visa type, visa expiry date, and a contact number.
